The International Polka Association Board of Trustees is proud to announce the winner of the 2014 Pioneer Award, Florian Chmielewski of Sturgeon Lake, MN. Florian will be presented this prestigious award at the IPA Hall of Fame and Music Awards Banquet on Saturday, September 5 at the Millennium Hotel in Buffalo, New York.
