Our Lady of Czestochowa

The Houston Polish Festival is a celebration of the food, the music, the language, the customs and the culture of the Polish people. The Festival, the largest Polish festival in Texas, is held on the grounds of Our Lady of Czestochowa Parish located at 1731 Blalock Drive, 1.5 miles north of the Katy Freeway. Traditional Polish food such as pierogi (stuffed dumplings), golabki (cabbage rolls), bigos (hunter’s stew) and kielbasa (sausage) as well as a huge assortment of traditional cakes and desserts lovingly prepared by our parishioners will be available. Enjoy live Polish music all day on the main stage presented by Adam Golka, Brave Combo, Brian Marshall, Chris Rybak, Ed Winiarski and others. Traditional Polish songs will be performed by the church’s youth choirs throughout the day and dance performances will be presented by the parish’s Polish folk troupe, Wawel.
